Systems Accountant

We are delighted to be hiring for an Interim Systems Accountant to join a well-known London-based charity.

The successful Systems Accountant will be responsible for maintaining and developing the finance departments software system Access Dimensions.Duties

• Maintain the chart of accounts and finance system reporting structures
• Day to day systems support and issues resolution
• Create and develop relationships with external software suppliers
• Review and design finance system workflows
• Design and scope reports and dashboards within existing finance systems
• Work with Finance to design and develop internal management reports
• Support the Finance team and colleagues to improve processes of financial systems
• Provide training to the Finance team and budget holders who need to use the system

Essential

• Previous experience of Access Dimensions
• Strong Excel skills
• Highly analytical and good communication skills
• Experience in the development of financial reporting systems, procedures and controls
