Due to business growth, we have an exciting job opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our team, where you will be given the scope to deliver and add real value to the organisation. You will work closely with Directors, Managers, and the wider Marketing Team to shape strategy and objectives, lead delivery of traditional and digital marketing activity and support business development activity through effective marketing campaigns.

Every day you will...
  • Develop and execute marketing strategy by overseeing strategic and tactical marketing plans and provide expert advice on all traditional and digital marketing campaigns, activities, materials and market trends
  • Implement the delivery of agreed plans to maintain and further develop relationships with existing clients, attract new clients, track marketing campaign ROI and monitor budgets, whilst communicating results to key stakeholders
  • Lead on the delivery of campaigns to attract new and retain current service users through a variety of channels, including email and social media campaigns
  • Manage brand strategy and development to increase brand awareness both internally and externally
  • Build internal and external stakeholder relationships by establishing networks with internal teams, relevant suppliers, and the senior management team - keeping them updated on marketing developments and working with them on cross-functional projects
  • Take the lead on any industry-related events, marketing collateral and contribute ideas for improving and developing marketing standards and processes
  • Track marketing campaign ROI, budgets and spend and communicate the results to the senior management team

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have...
  • Extensive experience in marketing and previous experience of managing a team
  • A strong track record in creating and delivering detailed, integrated marketing strategies, campaigns, and plans (online and offline)
  • A strong background in digital marketing across ecomms, web and social media
  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation and copywriting skills to produce well-formatted, brand-compliant communications
