Customer Operations Co-ordinator Job Nuneaton to start ASAP Your new roleYou will have a five-month fixed term contract with the possibility to be extended/ become a permanent employee. You will be responsible for acting as a dedicated point of contact for all customer enquiries in relation to sales orders, claims on delivery and distribution arrangements. Identify potential and actual service issues, and resolutions where possible and co-ordinate communication with the customer and relevant internal departments.
