As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will work closely with various divisions at each hotel to directly support the commercial objectives and execute effective marketing tactics in the appropriate digital and traditional marketing channels.

In addition, you will be responsible for managing and distributing content via social media, websites, e-newsletters and press releases, ensuring content is accurate, up to date and relevant for the market aimed at driving business and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support requirement for collaterals, key campaigns and online activities
  • Manage social media channels
  • Executing newsletter marketing campaigns
  • Develop, maintain and grow newsletter database
  • Production of presentations and concepts on ad-hoc projects
  • Ensure all artwork is delivered on time and accurately, taking responsibility for checking spelling, grammar and content
  • Maintaining hotel image libraries
  • Implement brand supplied marketing strategies at local level
  • Website management, including all updates, main connection with D-Edge, Accor and Fairmont digital teams, and full analytics
  • 3rd Party & OTA content management, including getting menus online and up to date at all times
  • Database activity, including Email content calendar, email management and campaigns
  • Design activity including vouchers, image resizing, various assets as and when needed
  • Photography management, planning shoots and coordinating
  • Support to hotel and head office marketing teams as and when required

  • Educated to degree level or relevant marketing qualification
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to deal with people at all levels
  • Organised and self-motivated
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking
  • Strong knowledge of social media analytics
  • Keep abreast of current trends and activities
  • Exceptional eye for detail
  • Technical ability to produce creative design material
  • Creative writing skills for promotions content, website and brand collateral
  • Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Knowledge and experience of Adobe Suites or equivalent is preferable
