We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our company on a permanent basics.

Manage the execution of a best in class brand marketing plan as a key part of the marketing team within a rapidly growing and successful financial services organisation.

Take ownership of the forward planning and delivery of brand activity and deliver exceptional results that build reputation and support our ambition for success, as well as positioning the organisation in accordance with the brand positioning and strategy.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management
  • Support the Brand & Communications Lead in the development of brand strategy, making best use of audience data.
  • Manage the creation and execution of comprehensive brand plans that demonstrate knowledge of trends, thought leadership and the brand's position in the industry.
  • Manage the delivery of all brand projects within agreed timescales and budget.
  • Be responsible for delivering accurate and timely briefs to the design studio.
  • Be accountable for creative, tone of voice, visual identity, production and sponsorship
  • Be responsible for the communication of clear and consistent brand messaging and tone of voice.
  • Support the Brand & Communications Lead in the creation of propositions for product channels when required, ensuring all propositions fit the brand positioning.
  • Be responsible for creative direction on product channel marketing plans.
  • Own the day to day relationship with any external creative and media agencies
  • Be responsible for brand spend within the marketing budget.
  • Work in-line with policies on financial promotion, ensuring, internal governance procedures are followed.

Audience Development
  • Work closely with the CRM and Insights function to garner further market intelligence for use across brand campaigning.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new audience segments in order to fulfil the goals of the business.

  • Support the Brand & Communications Lead to devise business specific success metrics.
  • Collate further business-wide performance indicators to illustrate the impact of brand.
  • Collate insights from external partners and utilise to tell the brand story to internal stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with the wider brand and communications team, as well as wider marketing team.
  • Act as the ultimate guardian for brand with all internal stakeholders, championing campaigns and working closely with the internal comms team to encourage engagement from colleagues.
  • Work collaborativelty with key stakeholders across the business in order create effective brand plans aligned to objectives and product developments.
  • Own the relationship with third party sponsors, ensuring rights are delivered as part of brand campaigns and relevant insights are collated.


  • Experience in running successful branded marketing campaigns
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary brand campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present at a high level
  • Leadership skills with the ability to prioritise in-line with business goals
  • The ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong commercial knowledge and experience with managing budgets

  • Knowledge of the mortgage market, secured loan, BTL or bridging and development finance market
  • Knowledge of the broker market
  • Knowledge of the professional sector
