As a Compliance Analyst you will work in a team of 6, playing an important part of the compliance oversight for HCFX.

This is a generalist role and we will be able to train the individual in the specifics of our business, but we need someone who understands and is interested in regulation & compliance.

Key Functions Of The Role
  • Generalist Compliance
  • Horizon monitoring of changes that are up coming and translation into Policies and Procedures
  • Policy Creation & Review
  • Vendor Assessments using our policy framework
  • Internal & External Audit Support
  • Regulatory Reporting & Fillings
  • On occasion help the wider team with AML and KYC Screening if the business requires it

Required Experience
  • Ability to design new and existing Reports, Policies, Procedures and Controls
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Regulatory Compliance Certification Preferred e.g. ACAMs or ICA diploma
