Job Title - Commercial Account Executive Contract - Permanent Salary - Circa £40,000 dependent on experience Location - Colchester, Essex

  • Implemented new processes and efficiencies that enable all employees to work more effectively in driving the business forward.
  • Receptive to ideas and thoughts on processes and improvements that can be made within the business.

  • Looking for a good quality person to come into the commercial dept. at a senior level.
  • The role will include the ability to develop and obtain new commercial clients and will be client facing.
  • With scope to take on additional responsibilities for general oversight and Commercial team development.
  • Reporting directly to Directors
  • Evolving and growing the book of business - including oversight of consumer lines business.
  • Looking for a long term arrangement and someone that would fit in well with the team.

Role would include
  • Managing current book of clients - account executive role. Including account handler role on cases.
  • Maximising relationships and client contact upsell and cross sell.
  • Dealing with top end/higher value clients
  • Being face of the company and to actively network within local business community. Keen to put time into this area to evolve and grow professional contacts. In addition to Directors work that is done in this space.
  • Dealing with new business enquiries.
  • Dealing with claims, MTA's and general client/insurer admin.
  • Maintaining existing and creating new Insurer relationships.
