You will ideally be CIPP qualified or have equivalent experience/qualifications and experience of wider payroll processes (HMRC reporting Tax & NIC etc)Key Duties/Responsibilities: * Managing a team of payroll associates and execs. You will provide guidance, technical support and expertise to internal and external customers and stakeholders. * Responsible for team performance and development; conducting reviews, providing training, coaching and meaningful feedback to maximise performance and support development.* Accountable for reviewing, signing of and owning the quality and accuracy of the allocated businesses payrolls. * Responsible for responding to and undertaken required audit checks. You will be responsible for query management, customer service and resolving escalated issues.We are looking for someone with strong data and analytical skills and be able to tailor messages to different audiences. You will need to be able to respond well to competing priorities, be adaptable and flexible, in line with fast paced changes to business needs.
