Are you an experienced Legal Secretary who is looking to work in a dynamic company which can offer a mix of hybrid and office work? Our client has a fantastic opportunity for you to join their team!

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Support Partners, fee earners and clients
  • Clear, informative and open two-way communication
  • A desire and ability to provide solutions
  • Project Co-ordination with preparation of pitches, presentations and events
  • Set up processes through liaison with Partners, fee earners and client contacts
  • Identify and act upon process improvements across the team to enhance both internal and external client services Client Relationship Management
  • Arranging cover, for planned absences, as necessary and communicating this to the relevant Partners and fee earners
  • Participate in distribution of work and monitor progress of work allocated to Client Service Administrators to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Diary management and coordination to ensure Partners and fee earners receive regular updates on meeting arrangements
  • Ensure travel bookings are completed and that relevant information is submitted and communicated in advance
  • Arrange for photocopying, scanning, printing and filing to be carried out by the team
  • Arrange for files to be opened, closed and maintained
  • Provide cover for the Client Document Executives as necessary (for example, during periods of heavy workload, holiday or sickness periods)
  • Conflict searches, file opening, risk assessment forms and draft letters of engagement

Personal Specification:
  • Experience as Legal Secretary
  • Accurate typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of using Software including all Microsoft Office packages & Practice Management systems
  • Demonstrate organised, solutions-focused working methods with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid Customer Service centric experience and work ethic
  • Proactive Team Player
