2nd Line Support Technician in Taunton Your new companyYou will be working for a dynamic, innovative, technology services organisation based at their brand new offices in Taunton. You will be working with a team of expert IT professionals delivering cloud based support and services to clients across the UK.Your new roleYou will be responsible for the level 2 support delivered on the service desk. You will deliver cloud based support to clients across the UK, predominantly based in London and the Midlands and growing across the South West. The support you will deliver will be office 365 based.What you'll need to succeedYou must Level 2 experience. You need to have experience with Microsoft 365 applications and delivering support via the cloud. You must have active directory experience and be confident in customer service and dealing with difficult clients.What you'll get in return. These certifications include M365 certifications and ITIL certifications which will contribute to your technology career development. You will need a proven track record managing a service desk team.
