Data Protection Associate (3-5PQE)

With a dedicated UK practice that is also a key driver for the Taylor Wessing's International Data practice we strategically sit alongside our Commercial Technology team.We have an enviable client base of Tech, Life Sciences and data rich cutting edge high growth businesses, as well as acting for fast growth businesses embarking on international growth - the leading businesses of tomorrow.

With 3 partners dedicated to the Data practice, we are looking for an associate of between circa 2.5 and 5 years' qualification experience tofocus primarily on Data protection matters with a particular focus on technology driven projects, but there will be opportunities to work in a variety of areas including (but not limited to):

· General advisory on all aspects of GDPR

· Data transfers, EU and UK SCC's

· Subject access requests

· Impact assessments · Cross border projects

· Transactional support and due diligence

· Marketing and e-Privacy

· Privacy by design

· Audit, assessment and review projects
