We have experienced phenomenal success in Australia since partner, John Moran joined the firm in Sydney in 2018.

Three years later, and John is internationally recognised as a leader in cybersecurity and incident response and has been joined by partners Reece Corbett-Wilkins, Richard Berkahn and Alec Christie.

The team now has around 35 lawyers and is seen as the 'go to' by the vast majority of the Australian and global market for the region.

We advise small, medium and large organisations operating across Australia and New Zealand, regionally and globally in response to a range of incidents (over 1,500 locally in recent times), as well as assisting clients on matters of privacy compliance, cyber incidents readiness and resilience exercises.

Importantly, the team has a genuinely excellent culture and there is a real emphasis on the career development of all staff.

We're Recruiting - Big Time!

If you are a lawyer with cyber experience we are very interested to hear from you. You might be a New Zealand or Australian qualified lawyer, wanting to return home from anywhere in the world, or a UK, Singaporean, South African, Canadian, MENA or other commonwealth qualified lawyer that will need us to help sponsor a work visa.

In addition to Sydney, we can consider you being based in Perth, Melbourne or Brisbane, or New Zealand (if you are a New Zealand citizen), and are open to part time, flexible working arrangements.

The nature and size of the team will mean that you will be heavily involved in all aspects of their matters allowing you to make a significant contribution to their outcome and your personal and professional development.

Given the fast-paced nature of the work, you will develop core skills and experience at an expeditious rate. Further, you will be encouraged to foster and generate client relationships and will engage in business development frequently.

You will work with clients across sectors, as well as partners and lawyers both in Australia and across our network of over 50 offices. Our Global Secondment Program also provides lawyers with opportunities to visit other offices to develop internal and external relationships.
