The Europe SAP CoE is the presales and portfolio leading team across Europe, made of a global network of SAP presales leads and architects / specialists that are driving the rapid expansion of our SAP business in the Renewable enterprise domain (S/4HANA, BTP and Saas/Paas Apps, Intelligent Industries, Cloud).

We spend every day focused on developing opportunities directly with clients, or indirectly through our industry focused Market Unit Account Directors, partners such as SAP, and of course our extensive SAP and other technology/consulting/outsourcing/industry practitioners.

Our SAP market is mainly made of large business transformation programs, where Capgemini provides value all along the cycle : business transformation ambitions and targets, architecture, business value mapping, implementation, move to Cloud, support services, change management. Global roll-out is a big part of these transformation programs.

You will be working with new and existing clients across various industries - CP/Retail, Auto/Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Utilities, helping them to succeed the roll-out of their SAP based transformations programs and get the business benefits they expect.

You will work alongside our SAP CoE and Consulting teams - that drives large transformation deals - together with our SAP Delivery Centers - that provide Industrial approaches & methods to deliver large programs - to help develop our opportunity pipeline.

Given the significant contribution that SAP Transformation programs generate for Capgemini globally, the SAP CoEs network has a highly visible profile, both internally and externally, and is viewed as a crucial element in driving the growth and success of Capgemini. As a Senior SAP Global roll-out Pre-Sales / Solution Lead in the Europe SAP CoE, you will be at the heart of our continued expansion of SAP business.

Opportunity development is across the roll-out of the range of SAP Solutions also integration with other non SAP solutions, on both a proactive and reactive basis.

You will be working with new and existing clients across Europe, in a deal shaping, presales or Global roll-out consultant role.

You will develop across Europe our SAP Roll-out leadership teams, in charge of growing our capabilities, through upskilling, hiring or partnerships. You will also work with them to evolve our SAP Global roll-out offers to take in account the latest evolutions in the methods, approaches, & solutions.

Your field of play is Europe - job can be based anywhere in Europe and includes a combination of work from home and physical presence at customers or events.
Your role
As a Senior SAP Global roll-out Pre-Sales / Solution Lead, you will bring your cross-sector SAP Roll-out skills & expertise and be able to demonstrate how you have successfully rolled-out solutions that provides business outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will be:
• SAP Roll-out offers definition and providing SME delivery oversight on engagements.
• Analyse, shape, solution and estimate global roll-out of SAP business transformation opportunities. You will be able to assess and synthesise complex RFx requests.
• Define, develop and promote SAP Global roll-out focused propositions (as such or as part of a complete transformational deal) and go to market approaches.
• Delivering compelling and confident presentations across client pursuits and external/internal events, building eminence.
• Developing trusted relationships across client stakeholder groups and key partners such as SAP.

Your profile
You'll have a passion to working with our clients, advising them on how to get the most out of their SAP technologies. With a depth of consulting and functional experience across SAP components and how to roll-out globally.

More specifically, you know how to :
  • Price and plan truly global roll outs understanding how to group and deploy countries
  • Account for localisations
  • Use the latest thinking on Agile approaches and how to work with a stable core
  • Organize Testing, transition to support


You also have evidence of a presales experience, with the demonstrable ability to shape and structure RFx responses, and you are engaging and enthusiastic communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Be experienced in presenting to senior client stakeholders up to and including CxO-level - and have as well Knowledge of the strategic direction of SAP solutions and related products and how to consistently deploy these.

Additionally, you'll be able to demonstrate either experience or willingness to learn:
• Strong connections with the broader SAP ecosystem e.g. SAP and other relevant partner organisations.
• Trends in the industry and how SAP solutions best deploy.

The Europe SAP CoE is driving the continued expansion of our SAP business. The SAP CoE comprises of a growing set of dedicated individuals that are presales specialists in their SAP field, working entrepreneurially to drive new business on both a proactive and reactive basis.
