Fundraising Executive Team Lead (Community and Events), joining a Health Charity, based in London. Open to remote working. As the Fundraising Executive Team Lead, working as part of the Events and Community Fundraising directorate, you will Team Lead to 3 Fundraising Executives, ensuring all support journey and other supporter process are delivered, reviewed and work effectively, and ensure excellent supporter care to build strong engagement with all supporters.Team Lead, 3 Fundraising Executives day-to-day activities to provide excellent first point of contact support for all community & events. Providing excellent customer care, stewardship and relationship building, reviewing, innovating and building new process to support the wider Community and Events team.Lead the development and maintenance of administrative procedures to enable the teams to work effectively including leading workshop to train the wider teamSupport the delivery of a portfolio of events and community fundraising activities and contribute to the overall implementation of the Community & Events FundraisingProvide administrative and project support to the Community and Events teamYou will have proven experience working in a customer service or supporter care, ideally from a fundraising or supporter care background, though open to all sector experience.
