My Client is a leading Global Organisation based in Burton On Trent and they now have a role for a Internal Account Manager to join their vibrant and dynamic team.
You will be the hub of the business offering outstanding Customer Service experience to your customers. The role will include pricing, raising quotation, processing orders and confirming delivery dates to clients.
You will be confident dealing with all customer queries and complaints ensuring your customer is informed and updated all the way to resolution. Managing internal accounts and order inputting will also be involved.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience working in an office based customer service role. Good communication, keyboard and numeracy skills are essential for this role and also to be confident on the telephone. A knowledge of SAP would be an advantage but not essential. You must be able to work as part of a team or on your own initiative.
Working Hours - Weekly Rotating
Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
£20,000 per annum
