This role is based at our Langley College campus; the centre for our main vocational and technical courses including Apprenticeships, Adult Education and HE. As a Lecturer in Health & Social Care, you will deliver high quality teaching across a variety of different Health & Social Care programmes including Psychology and Sociology units on our Access to HE Diplomas.
Sharing your skills and knowledge, you will utilise your experience to motivate students to achieve, whilst developing and maintaining high levels of student retention and attendance. You will also develop ways of working that are responsive to learners' needs, monitor and evaluate progress and practice.
You will possess an endorsed teaching qualification, a relevant qualification (degree, vocational or equivalent) and have knowledge and experience of working in a Social Work environment.
