Legal Counsel

A rapidly expanding FMCG company is looking for Senior Legal Counsel to join their legal team. They are looking for a qualified lawyer with experience in general commercial contracts and marketing.

The successful candidate will be 2+ PQE, with experience in general commercial contracts as well as marketing agreements and e-commerce.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial contracts
• Advising the marketing teams on promotional matters
• Addressing regulatory compliance as well as GDPR-related matters

For this role it is essential that you have In House experience with general commercial contracts. Any experience with marketing agreements such as influencer agreements or event marketing, as well as experience with distribution and supply agreements will be beneficial. Additionally, any EU language skills may also be considered beneficial.
