Level 3 Nursery NurseChingfordFull TimeWe are currently working with a nursery in Chingford who are looking for a dynamic and hardworking Level 3 Nursery Nurse to work on a full-time basis.The ideal nursery nurse should be passionate about working with children boasting good interactions with children as well as having a solid knowledge of the EYFS to deliver quality childcare with the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage and OFSTED.You will be required to: * Take responsibility with other nursery nurses for planning an interesting and varied curriculum for the children * Introduce planned activities and reflect on the outcome and effectiveness of them· * Develop professional partnerships with all staff, parents, and other professionals * To take responsibility for Health and Safety and Safeguarding daily. * Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities as well as while out on excursions * Support children's development in all areas of learning * Be a nursery nurse and key person for a group of children * Attend all nursery staff meetings * Always follow nursery policies and procedures * Respect professional boundaries when speaking to parents/carers * Encourage parents and carers to be involved in nursery events Experience and Qualifications:Experience of working with children and being a key person and a minimum of a CACHE Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent full and relevant qualification.Benefits include: * A workplace pension scheme. * Professional development by way of approved training courses * 28 days annual leave. * A day off for your Birthday * 50% childcare discounts * Uniforms * Yearly bonus * Promotions within the team * Yearly salary increments * Employee of the Month award (£50/- voucher) * Fully paid for Christmas parties, leaving do's, training day lunch, breakfast, staff events. * Free food to staff during lunch times.
