A busy and friendly special needs school in the Slough area is looking for experienced teaching assistants for various full time roles in schools. The pupils in the class have varied special needs from moderate learning difficulties to severe Autism and challenging behaviour. Your personality and approach to work are more important than SEN experience, however some previous experience of working with children would be an advantage.

Resilience is also a key trait required for these roles. Many of the children display challenging behaviour so the school are keen to recruit calm, patient, tolerant and resilient teaching assistants who are able to react quickly and calmly in challenging situations.

The roles are 5 days a week, from 8.30-3.30 and will continue to July 2022 for the right candidates. Temp to perm options also available for September 2022.

If you are interested in the above, please apply for an immediate interview.

kind regards
