A local successful law firm has an opening for a Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join their reputable and successful team.

The successful candidate will have/be:

• Experience as a commercial property legal secretary is desirable but all areas considered
• Confident personality
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Team audio dictation
• Supporting a specific solicitor
• File managment
• Client Liasing
• Diary management
• Correspondence via email, telephone etc
• General secretarial duties

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 Depending on experience

Hours: 9am-5:15pm

Parking paid

Location: Tonbridge
