REED have partnered with a national professional services firm based in Central Bristol, to support with the recruitment of their Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.
This is a brand new role due to company growth, joining a newly formed team covering Bristol & Taunton.
Location: Central Bristol with 1 x a month travel to Taunton Offices required (Travel expenses to Bristol will be covered)Must: Be a driver due to the 2 x locationsSalary: £22,000 - £27,000 dependent on experienceHybrid: On offer once initial training/on-boarding has completed
Duties:Building strong working relationship with the audit team - in particular, the senior manager/manager groupDrafting of letters including letters of engagement/standing instruction to clients in accordance with brand and risk proceduresManage the 'Know Your Client' and Anti-Money Laundering clearance processesAssistance with preparing/formatting presentation slides, letter, reports, Audit Completion Reports and MS Word financial statement templatesControlling and monitoring various logs such as audit file completion, assignment reviews and requests to banks for confirmationsLiaising with clients, partners and managers regarding the signing and filing (internally and with Companies House) of signed financial statements.Drafting and processing client billsMaintenance of client contact and relationship databasesSupporting the delivery of services to clients through the management of staff planners and arranging travel and accommodation for team members as required.Provide support to the Business Support ManagerProviding the Partnership with any personal assistance as and when requiredSeek to support the Partnership in delivering the firm's 3-year strategyAssistance with preparing presentation slides and reports in accordance with the Firm's brand and risk proceduresInvolvement in marketing support activitiesCarry out any scanning, photocopying and binding of documentsProcessing expense claims and reconciling statements with the finance teamFacilitate travel and accommodation arrangements in line with the Firm's policiesCo-ordinating diaries and meeting management for staff as and when required
