An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join our client's growing team.

This role offers both hybrid working and study support - if required.

You will be working as part of a small team supporting the purchase ledger function in this fast paced position.

Tasks will include:
  • Entering and matching a high volume of invoices onto the online purchasing system.
  • Monitoring the purchase ledger email inbox and responding to queries.
  • Fortnightly payment runs.
  • Reconciling supplier statements, requesting missing invoices and resolving issues.
  • Reviewing the purchase ledger weekly.
  • Carrying out bank reconciliations.
  • Assisting with month end processes.

You should be passionate about a career within finance, have excellent numerical, organisation and communication skills and be keen to learn.
