Your New Team

The Digital Campaign Specialist will play an important role as part of Hays Digital Solutions team. The role will focus on job board, print advertising, along with digital channel reporting. In addition, there will be aspects of web content support whereby the candidate will support the digital solutions web team with content and asset contribution where required to templated.

Your N ew Role
  • Using Job board posting system (Logic Melon) coordinate the advertising of jobs uploaded, ensuring that job details are accurate and that application methods meet client requirements.
  • Coordinate with Creative Studio team to book print adverts when requested by the client.
  • Ensure reconciliation of costs for advertising spend is maintained including raising PO's and working with accounts
  • Ensure that client branded job quota is aligned with client requirements and requests
  • Support the web management team with web content updates and requests, ensuring it is completed on time and adherent to Hays execution standard.
  • Follow best practice standards and internal governance for all web page build and content delivery.
  • Provide reporting on Digital activity regarding projects on periodic basis
  • Negotiate and secure favourable rates for job board advertising
  • Administer DocuSign contracts for clients upon agreement of services with Hays Digital Solutions
  • Measure the success of job boards used, and make recommendations based on insightful data reporting to support buying decisions
Key Requirements for success
  • Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines in fast paced environment
  • Experience in Google Analytics and the ability to create reporting is preferred
  • You will need to be a team player, good communicator and be comfortable speaking with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience using a content management system
  • Experience in Google Analytics and the ability to create reporting is preferred
  • Experience with a content management system with confidence in HTML coding is desirable
