This is an entry level role with a May 2022 Start date

You'll join the agency as an Executive, delivering performance output for one our agency's largest clients, accountable for driving excellence in Paid Search on the Levi's business. You'll work as a key part of a wider activation team to develop integrated performance campaigns. You will be responsible for ensuring delivery of performance media against client business objectives, from planning through to reporting by working with your team of specialists. Lastly (but not least), you'll be joining and leading a great team of very talented people who are in search for new ideas, delivering great work and aiming to have fun in the process.

At the heart of the Levi's team is our Performance team, comprising of Paid Social, Display & Programmatic, and Affiliate & Lead Gen experts, who together with the client team build cutting edge, compelling and successful strategies to continue to grow our clients. Our remit covers 10 local markets across EMEA and within the OMD EMEA team we are able responsible for leading the strategy through to activation. This role offers opportunities to work alongside our Paid Social, Search, and broader Performance media specialists within the Levi's account team to create future-focused, award-winning campaigns for our clients. This role is for a search specialist and you will be trained and bvuild your knowledge of Google Search, Apple Search, Bing Search and Amazon Marketing Services. There will be opportunity for you to learn more about other channels and how Search feeds into the wider digital strategy. Our team is composed of international people who are very talented and aim to deliver great work. Requirements:
  • An aptitude and passion for the role and wider digital environment.
  • Strong spoken and written language skills in English and other languages as the role requires. Additional language skills welcomed.
  • Excellent numerical and math skills.
  • Strong organisational skills - able to manage and prioritise multiple projects and identify the right people to support.
  • A team player.
  • Eager to learn and grow in the roles
  • Analyse ongoing results to ensure performance is met.
  • It would be ideal if you can already use tools such as Excel and PowerPoint. If not, we'd like you to be confident you could pick them up within a few months.
  • You will work with the team to deliver a response to a client's brief.
  • You will learn to listen, distil the brief down and think of the most efficient way to deliver the work.
  • You will start to build relationships with the clients you work on and with as you manage your weekly workload.
  • You will be a curious learner, with great attention to detail and diligence in your work.
  • You need to be comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment - you need to react quickly and efficiently to changing priorities.
  • We want you to contribute to your team, and suggest new approaches based on your experience from academia or other roles.
