Description
To support our agenda of becoming a world class Supply Chain and Finance team, we are looking to hire a Power BI Developer. This six-month contract role will help us to hone our company wide Power BI performance reporting dashboards and engagement with the wider business. Working in a matrix environment with the Supply Chain and Finance teams, this role will ensure complex data sets are transformed and visualised to provide clear insight for key stakeholders.

What You'll Do:
- Using your excellent communication skills, you will work closely with process owners to generate user requirements for dashboards, tools and reports.
- Use analytical thinking to translate data into visually appealing dashboards, tools and reports to provide insights to improve decision-making.
- Connect to and combine various data sources (Oracle, Dynamics 365, Excel) into a data model transforming data as needed to complete this model.
- Work directly with process owners to demo and receive feedback on solutions created.
- Create data sources from CSVs, screen scrapes of tables as needed.
- Work with Ops Systems and Data Engineering to gain access to data not previously available.
- Add new dashboards, tools and reports to the correct workspace, giving access and setting up refreshes as required.
- Manually update data sources in solutions and publish them as needed (when scheduled data refreshes are not possible).
Skills, knowledge and abilities required to be effective in this position:
- Ability to moderate meetings to draw out key information leading to requirements for the dashboard, tool or report you're building.
- Ability to take feedback and requests to modify solutions created.
- An ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both technical teams and supply chain stakeholders.
- Background in data analytics, business intelligence or software development.
- Industry experience working in Agile environment will be an advantage as will industry experience across FMCB/E-commerce/Consumer Goods companies.

- T-SQL
- SQL, Oracle, Excel, CSV
- Experience with ERP/WMS/MRP data, ideally JDA/D365 preferred.
