Position Description:

We are growing one of our major accounts in Banking and Financial Markets and we have an exciting new role for a Client and Account Lead/Account Manager to work closely with the DCS responsible for growth. This is a great client that has been working with CGI for 20 years. Through renewed engagement our relationship has significantly grown in the past 5 years and there is much more to do. This role will involve client relationship building, regularly meeting CGI members at the client site, exploring new opportunities, selecting candidates for new roles, handling contracts, and forecasting. The growth target sits with the Director so under their guidance the Client and Account Lead will take on responsibility for part of the client relationship, have the opportunity learn about business development and account management, or build on their skills if they already have some experience in this area. There will also be the opportunity to become involved with new logo clients from the start of our relationship. You will also learn about Financial Markets and be part of an active and growing Business Unit.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Builds effective relationships within the client organisation.
• Contributes to the success of the overall client engagement.
• Delivers quality and timely outputs.
• Understands client's business and key business goals and the market and industry context in which their client(s) operate.
• Demonstrates a good understanding of the BEMF.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Establishes and develops their own relationships within the client account, and seeks opportunities to expand and deepen their network.
• Delivers excellent service directly and indirectly to the client, and takes responsibility as delegated for CSAP actions.
• Engages effectively with other members and teams to ensure a consistent and joined-up service to the client.
• Ensures that all relevant parties are appropriately briefed to ensure that we present 'One CGI'.
• Proactively briefs other members, including senior members of the account team, VPs and Directors on relevant information about the account.
• Understands the breadth and depth of CGI offerings, including IP.
• Demonstrates to the client a good understanding of their market and industry.
