Digital Designer (Web/UI/UX)

Fully Remote - £30,000 - £35,000 + bonus + private healthcare

A great opportunity for a mid-level Digital Designer to join a very well regarded digital agency, working on a range of projects for both UK and international clients.

Working in a small but growing digital design team, and reporting into the Creative Director, the role will require someone with an all-round understanding of digital design. The focus will be on web design and UI, although an understanding of UX principles will be very beneficial.

It will require a self-motivated individual who has a drive and determination to do their absolute best and provide design work of real quality; someone with the ability to not just follow a design brief but go above and beyond. You will be encouraged to add your own ideas and have a say in how things get done.

The role can be done on a completely work from home basis - the company work fully remotely, yet remain well connected and organise bi-annual company retreats.

Do you have the following?
  • Two + years' experience as a digital designer - ideally from an agency
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating responsive website design, digital marketing and creative brand development
  • An understanding of every aspect of the digital design process: leading discovery meetings, sketching and wireframing, presenting concepts, prototyping and handing off assets and specifications to development
  • An understanding of trends and best practice for both UI and UX
  • Good experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically XD, Illustrator and Photoshop)

What they can offer in return:
  • The chance to work with one of the most well regarded, healthcare digital agencies in the UK
  • Being able (encouraged!) to have a real input into the way things are done
  • Fully remote work
  • Work-life balance - never work an evening or weekend
  • Annual bonus
  • Private healthcare
  • Genuine opportunities for progression and growth
