Description
- Experience in autonomously managing multiple global payrolls and data management
- Comprehensive knowledge of payroll and benefit best practice and external regulatory requirements
- Technical and analytical skills for application with payroll and payroll and benefits reporting
- Experience of benefits management offering development and day to day administration and delivery
- Experience of implementing and delivering pension schemes and benefits such as private medical, vision care, life assurance, cycle to work, and enhanced sickness and parental entitlement
- Lead and manage our payroll process, liaising with our Finance and People Teams, employees and outsourced payroll providers as needed
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with benefit and payroll external providers
- Responsibility for the collation and maintenance of the integrity and consistency of payroll and benefit data, ensuring compliance with agreed processes and undertaking auditing and statutory reporting
- Lead the renewal of our benefit plans based on employee needs, quality of service, and value for money.
- Manage the preparation and coordination of the payrolls for over 250 employees
- Review and update international payroll and benefits requirements impacted by new legislation as necessary
- Maintain, update and help create relevant payroll and benefit policies, procedures, andforms when required
- Maintain relevant payroll & benefit data within people management system (CIPHR)
- Assist with the submission of statutory notices, audit requests and relevant tax documents(e.g. P11Ds)
- Main point of contact for all payroll and benefits queries
- Manage our benefit providers to ensure we have a cost-effective and high-quality offer.
- Collaborate on new projects and initiatives impacting payroll and benefits as necessary
