My client is one the longest established software houses in its sector, and they're currently going through a massive growth period! They're looking to add an additional 2nd Line Software Support Technician onto their expanding team, read below for the details.

The Duties:
  • Deal with escalations from the Service Desk
  • Troubleshoot both software and hardware issues
  • Assist the Supporting Manager in reviewing cases and offering potential solutions

Tech Stack:
  • Active Directory
  • Windows/Exchange Server
  • Office 365
  • Hardware knowledge
  • An all round good knowledge of IT Systems
