My client is one the longest established software houses in its sector, and they're currently going through a massive growth period! They're looking to add an additional 2nd Line Software Support Technician onto their expanding team, read below for the details.The Duties:
- Deal with escalations from the Service Desk
- Troubleshoot both software and hardware issues
- Assist the Supporting Manager in reviewing cases and offering potential solutions
- Active Directory
- Windows/Exchange Server
- Office 365
- Hardware knowledge
- An all round good knowledge of IT Systems
