We are recruiting for a Project Analyst to join our Maritime Continuous Improvement team and provide crucial support for the Maritime Portfolio, working on engineering and cross function projects across the business.

The Role

The Project Analyst role is an exciting and varied one that will support and manage our Maritime Portfolio to deliver holiday happiness to our guests across Carnival UK.

To do this, you will:
  • Provide administrative support such as preparation for stage gates, meeting minutes and general portfolio updates
  • Support the setting up and maintenance of project controls for key projects
  • Support regular and ad hoc analysis of portfolio or programme outcomes, and discussing them at monthly review meetings.

You'll be based out of our fantastic offices in the heart of Southampton and will be working on a hybrid basis, at least two days a week in the office and the rest at home.

To be considered as a Project Analyst with our great team you will need:
  • Experience of working in a project environment
  • Experience of managing controls such as finance, planning, RAID, change or reporting
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

If this role requires you to visit and/or work on a Carnival UK ship, the successful candidate needs to be fully vaccinated (with a WHO or MHRA approved two-dose COVID-19 vaccination course or single-dose Janssen COVID-19 vaccine), including any relevant booster vaccinations. This is to maintain a safe environment onboard and reduce the risk of outbreaks, to protect our crew and our Guests. It's also required for ships to dock and enjoy shoreside visits in many Ports of Call on global itineraries. This requirement will be under regular review.
