We are currently seeking an experienced Proposition Analyst to join our team to assist with the growth of the Content delivery business globally. The Proposition Analyst will do this by identifying and initiating opportunities in global and sub-regional markets to grow and help defend existing business,. They will work across Sales and Operations functions to help enhance order processes to enable sales expediency and manage compliance related requirements for content delivery globally.

  • Individual contributor working in conjunction with the Director of Content Solutions for Wealth Management, to identify and initiate opportunities to grow and defend existing revenues for Wealth Management Business
  • Supports overall LSEG Data Platform strategy in coordination with D&A and Wealth Management division goals and provides input into Strategy for the Wealth market at the global and/or sub-regional level they are assigned.
  • Work with Product Management to execute on and deliver prioritized solutions into the market leveraging the strategic Data platform
  • Manage 3rd party compliance needs for delivery of 3rd party data into the Wealth Management Content Solution base helping to identify and implement efficiencies across provisioning and ordering of 3rd party supplied data into the client facing services
  • Manage any modifications required, including client communication and/or migration of services due to changes in commercial and redistribution policies from any 3rd party sources (as well as Refinitiv owned content) for Wealth Management Content solutions.
  • Work closely with Product Management and Content teams to implement appropriate control of data for new and existing products
  • Deliver Commercial Event documentation and launch collateral in collaboration with the standard lifecycle management framework and act as ambassador for The Business in the launch of new or modified proposition(s). The role will work with Regional Business leads and SAM Enablement leads to verify solution success into the respective regional markets
  • Deliver internal and externally facing knowledge and educational materials for the Wealth Management proposition, products and services alongside industry trends, including the production of documents, presentations, eLearning, blogs and in-person use-case based training for Sales enablement
  • Delivers support for Sales to action customer deals and acts as an Ambassador for Wealth content solutions as required in Governance Forums
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams to provide Wealth Management requirements to enable 'Quote to Cash' transformation
  • Collaborate as part of work groups alongside Strategic and Commercial Policy, Product and Content functions to articulate Wealth Management needs and requirements for strategic commercial frameworks
  • Assist in engagements with Development Partners for solutions delivered into Regional or Global markets for Wealth Management and manage compliance needs of the 3rd party sourced data into the Partner solutions including permissions, on-going reporting needs and auditability requirements
  • Provide analytical and program support to the team, analyzing current customer patterns and usage data to create migration plans for obsolescence of legacy Digital solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery of one or more components of a proposition, product, migration, or service and provide clear and early notification with mitigation steps for diversions to published roadmaps.
  • Identify and assist in the onboarding and management of new Partnerships for the Wealth ecosystem (in conjunction with the Partners Marketplaces Team). This role will work closely with the Partner to bring them through the launch framework and deliver the solution into our ecosystem.
  • Develop knowledge base and education of the Wealth Management propositions, products, and services alongside industry trends into the broader organization

Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of industry experience developing business propositions and/or product solutions in financial arena focusing on Wealth Management, data delivery and compliance.
  • Prior experience as an analyst and a proven track record demonstrating business acumen critical
  • Proven ability to influence and deliver results within a global, matrix organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to grasp and articulate technical, financial and conceptual ideas and solutions.
  • High energy, high level of comfort presenting and escalating key issues and requests to senior management and ability to build and articulate mitigation plans.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics.
  • Strong rational and emotional intelligence with the ability to win trust.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving and expanding environment.
  • Proven ability to translate market trends into business plans through analytics and data mining.
  • Strong ability to balance competing priorities and manage time sensitive projects with minimal direction; able to lead multiple time sensitive projects simultaneously and organize unstructured work with minimal direction.
