How can you change it up?

We are looking for a senior ISP marketing manager to join our marketing team to lead Marketing engagement with at least one of the strategic and several regional ISPs. In addition to this, you will be responsible for building deep and impactful relationships with the commercial and marketing teams within these ISPs to support them in designing and implementing a tailored marketing approach.

You will use your commercial leadership skills to articulate the ARUP and CPA of our ISP partners and use this to support growth strategies. Working in proximity with our data & Insights team will allow you to use our data to improve the effectiveness of our ISP marketing strategies. Some of your other responsibilities include:
  • Taking accountability for maintaining an ISP asset database and up to date marketing collateral
  • Being responsible for sharing best practices with our ISPs to create an effective online journey to maximise sales conversions
  • Working closely with the Growth Marketing team to help influence ISPs to deploy marketing strategies that best support target penetration growth across the CityFibre network
  • Ensuring that new city launches are successfully implemented, collaborating closely with our Local Activation, Regional development team and Digital teams

What will you bring to the role?

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, commercial and marketing professional who has experience working within the consumer telco industry. You need to see the world through the eyes of our ISPs, supporting CityFibre to grow market share in our built footprint. Along with an entrepreneurial mindset that can operate in a very fast-paced environment, you will need to be flexible to travel to other areas of the UK for work as required.
