Your accountabilities as our MI Analyst will include:

Creating and delivering regular accurate and effective reports with limited guidance

Utilising SQL, Excel & VBA to develop MI reports & analysis packs

Confidently managing stakeholder expectations

Adapting your style to suit the audience and delivering complex messaging and analytics in a meaningful way to meet the needs and style of the audience

Ensuring that all reports originating from the department are accurate, on time and reliable

Enhancing and maintaining automation of reporting

Developing and investigating the applicability of new data extraction techniques and tools to support the team

What we're looking for in our MI Analyst:

A degree level or equivalent qualification alongside professional qualifications and specialist level knowledge gained through significant work experience in a relevant role

Impeccable analytics, including excellent SQL and Excel

Moderate VBA skills

The ability to communicate complex analytical concepts and results using a variety of methods (conference calls, PowerPoint presentations, data reports)

Experience of using variable data sets to yield credible, effective insights

A proven understanding of or interest in the UK healthcare system
