Soldering Operative

Our client has over 40 years' experience within the manufacturing industry. They are currently seeking experienced Soldering Operatives to join their busy and fast paced team in St Leonards.

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience in a similar position, be able to work unsupervised and understand technical drawings. As a Soldering Operative you will be reading and following technical drawings, undertaking the soldering of small parts and cables, as well as wiring work.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:

Demonstrable soldering and assembly experience

Possess an excellent eye for detail

Ability to pay close attention to small detail

Read and understand technical drawings

Your duties as a Soldering Operative would be:

Soldering of small parts and cables

Wiring

Working according to technical drawings

Assembly work

Maintaining a tidy workspace

Salary:

£9.50 per hour

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm
