2nd Line Support - Hammersmith - up to £200 per day (Umbrella)
Acorn Recruitment is looking for an experienced IT Support contractor, who is enthusiastic about technology and keeps up to date with the latest tech trends.
Based in modern offices you will be joining a small and friendly team who provide excellent customer service and first-line on site technical support.
Tools / Technologies used:
* Windows Operating Systems (10)
* Microsoft Office 365
* AV Products
* Active Directory
* Multifunction printing/scanning
* Previous exposure to supporting Two Factor Authentication
* Apple product knowledge (desirable)
* Day to day management of your ticket queue, this includes logging all walk up support tickets and dealing with them as per the service guidelines.
* Troubleshooting first line technical issues and diagnose and/or resolve technical support queries, such as Office 365 queries, setting up new laptops, Wifi accounts, Mac and Windows issues.
* Escalate unresolved issues to other technical teams - all tickets are to be actioned within the specified Service Level Agreements.
