Salesforce Junior Manager
Location - Chertsey
Salary - £(phone number removed) Per day
Duration -Ongoing

Summary of a Salesforce Junior Manager
In this role you will be supporting the Sales teams with opportunities input, data verification and to take necessary actions for any changes that are needed in order to have efficient Salesforce management.

Responsibilities of a Salesforce Junior Manager

• Data processing and amendments, as well as updating information in line with the client's customers request- Data input supporting Distribution, Reseller and Business Development teams
• Data validation and accuracy, as well as general maintenance of the system (unified names, etc.)
• Support the Finance Salesforce related processes
• Lead management (review and allocation, tracking the progress and delivering reports)
• Dashboards creation for easy visualisation (maintain and develop new ones for reporting use)
• Analysing information by Price (looking at the trends)
• General support for the system and users (be the first contact point if they have problems)
• Implement changes (think of the ways to improve the system, and drive the change)
• Team support for business reporting
• Supporting the Head of operations and Head of Display on key Strategic initiatives as required

Key competencies of a Salesforce Junior Manager

• Educated to degree level (Business management, Marketing Management or equivalent degree)
• Proficient in Excel - including pivot tables, advanced formulas and ideally working with macros
• Skilled in Microsoft office software (PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong experience in Salesforce (ideally at the power user level) or with other similar CRM systems
• Experience in handling, manipulating and interpreting large data sets
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
• Strong numeracy / commercial acumen
