What does the day-to-day look like?
Handling inbound and outbound calls regarding fraudulent activity
Giving advice to customers, ensuring a sustainable and affordable solution is achieved
Providing support to customers that may require additional help through difficult life events
Being flexible and willing to aid other areas of the company when required
What skills and experience will you have?
Strong communication skills, with the ability to negotiate
Flexibility to suit customer and business needs
Excellent customer service
Experience working in a telephony environment
Positive attitude with the willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
Please note, this role is offered on an initial 6-month contract, with the opportunity to go permanent for the right individual.
