Tate is working in partnership with a luxurious, designer fashion brand on their search for an Operations Assistant to support and provide accurate and consistent administration to the Retail team.
JOB PURPOSE
To support the Global Employee Sale Team, reporting to the Platform Coordinator, in the efficient running of the digital platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES PLATFORM MAINTENANCE
* Support the Platform Coordinator in the maintenance of allocated apps associated with the Employee Sale platform to ensure a fully operating e-commerce platform.
* Responsible for reporting, managing and troubleshooting system-related issues that impact the platform's expected performance.
* Ensure that any data or reporting that is required for compliance reasons is timely and accurately exported, shared & where necessary stored.
* Support regions with ADHOC troubleshooting requests
INTEGRATIONS
* Deliver operational excellence by ensuring all integrations communicate the relevant product & order information consistently, timely & correctly at all times
* Responsible for supporting the Platform Coordinator in maintaining all integrations within the native platform for assigned Regions
* Look for innovation opportunities that drive P&L improvement such as identifying new
* integrations which can generate time savings via automation.
* Work with third-party vendors to build and deploy automated workflows.
* To assist with onsite set up of new store to be ready for trade
* To follow store opening checklist to support the Platform Coordinator in new market deployments.

Technical Skills

* Experienced in using a OMS and WMS
