I am currently recruiting for a Data Assistant to join a very successful team based in Liverpool City Centre. This is a temporary opportunity supporting the Data and Systems Development Manager in developing the asset and compliance systems within the organisation, using MS Excel, MS SharePoint and Planon.
You will work as part of the Maintenance Planning Team in Facilities, Residential and Commercial Services.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Key elements of the work are:
Electronic storage and retrieval of compliance certificates and other documents.
Auditing the electronic storage systems
Retrieving data from third party portals to prove compliance
Liaising with technicians, managers and other colleagues.It is important that you have extensive experience of managing data, documents and producing reports using Requirments:
