Xero's Partner Channel is exciting and we work in Partnership with Accountants & Bookkeepers to help them and their small business clients to become more successful. We do this by using Xero's products and services to free up time and gain greater insight into their financial situation. Account Managers (AMs) at Xero are responsible for growing and maintaining these critical relationships, building on the great sense of community that exists amongst Xero Partners and guiding them to speed up adoption of Xero across their client base.
As an Account Manager - Partner Success you will be working with our Partners who have a majority of their clients on Xero, and you will be responsible for facilitating growth through education, strategy and guidance. This will include challenging their thinking while helping them understand how to get the most out of core Xero, the value of the Xero Ecosystem and how to successfully embed and use the Xero Practice Tools where applicable.
As a sales professional you will have enjoyed success in a B2B business development or account management role in a fast paced sales environment but will have also gained experience in owning a portfolio of high-profile customer accounts and drive business outcomes and retention and may have have experience in Customer Success or Relationship Management.
