Account Manager required for our client, to be part of a National sales team, being responsible for managing a portfolio of existing client accounts and developing long-term, trusting relationships whilst maximising profitability.

BEMS Account Manager Position Overview
  • Serving as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Maximising client retention through negotiating contract renewals
  • Maximising products and services within existing clients through identifying and converting upsell opportunities
  • Building contacts within all areas of the client's business to ensure cross functional relationships are in place
  • Creating, maintaining, and delivering account development plans
  • Preparing reports and attend regular onsite client account review meetings
  • Developing client proposals based on BeMS requirements
  • Providing client feedback to the delivery teams to ensure continual service improvement and excellence
  • Maintaining CRM system and ensure that all client information is up to date

BEMS Account Manager Position Requirements
  • Successful track record in business to business sales
  • Determination and hunger to grow business revenue
  • Strong technical background and understanding of building services and HVAC
  • Proven knowledge of BeMS and Metering solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with professionals across all levels, including senior executives
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills

BEMS Account Manager Position Remuneration
  • £35,000 - £55,000 DOE
  • Bonus to be discussed
  • Flexible/Remote position
  • A dedicated annual professional development allowance
  • Up to one professional membership fee per year
  • 25 days annual leave increasing to 28 with length of service (+ bank holidays)
