Do you have a fantastic Customer Service background? Do you enjoy supporting customers with their enquiries?

We are currently recruiting for a Dutch speaking Customer Service Analyst for our client in Peterborough.

This role entails:

First point of contact for customers seeking technical support
Accurately logging incidents ensuring all relevant details are documented
Identifying when to escalate an issue when a first time fix is not achievable
Building rapport over the phone with Customers, ensuring they are satisfied with the service
Liaising with customers keeping them informed with the status of rectificationFull time hours at £12 ph. Long term temp position with possibility of going permanent.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a fantastic approach to customer service and the ability to communicate effectively. IT skills are desirable but full training is given.

We are searching for a professional, proactive individual with a Can do attitude at all times. A friendly persona and positive mentality is essential.
