£150 - £170 per day (PAYE)

Tate are currently recruiting for a temporary Document Controller for a 3-month contract within a large established and sustainable energy company.

An experienced Document Controller that can assist in supporting work in SharePoint and O365

systems, Creating, tracking actions through Maximo. The Document controller will be expected to carry out Data input and migration of documents from legacy systems into SharePoint. Assisting Business Support Team within SSE Thermal Engineering and Asset Management Team.

Desirable:

Addition knowledge of SharePoint development is desirable however not essential.
Candidates experienced with the Maximo system would be highly useful again now essential.
Experience in CS16
Must have good working knowledge of O365 SharePoint.
Experience in document management.

Responsibilities:

Ensure all project documents are managed in line with procedures.
Issue and distribute project documentation as per distribution matrix.
Track and report on Project Document status.
Record and distribute Contractor & 3rd Party Documentation.
Interface with Contractor & 3rd Party Document Control Teams.
Management of Master Document Registers in the EDMS.
Support Document Control Lead with Management and Control of Project Templates.
Weekly/Monthly reporting on Documentation status.
Ensure Doc Control procedures are maintained, and changes flagged to the Doc Control Lead.
Ensure EDMS is working and accessible to all users.
Ensure all users have had training on EDMS, support training workshops where required.
Support the Doc Control Lead with Activating and monitoring EDMS Users & Permissions.
Attend monthly Document Control meetings with other Document Controllers to share lessons learned and best practices.
Further activities as required.
