They are looking for a customer focussed and business minded Account manager to join their rapidly expanding team for 18 months within the aftersales department. The ideal candidate will have previous account management experience and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Aftercare Account Manager Job Description
  • Maintaining and further developing customer relationships through verbal and written communication
  • Focussing on the sale of aftersales products and services to an existing customer base.
  • Negotiating and securing aftersales contracts in line with Aftersales business objectives.
  • Driving a focussed business plan to a number of business partners
  • Prioritising excellent customer service delivery
  • Identifying target groups and opportunities through sales analysis and forecasting
  • Identifying growth opportunities in line with existing and potential portfolio of products and services.
  • Aware of market trends, competitors and key suppliers within the industry.
Aftercare Account Manager Essential Skills/Experience/Qualification Required
  • Previous experience managing accounts and delivering excellent customer service
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Strong business mindset and business planning knowledge
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
Aftercare Account Manager
  • Experience using SAP
  • A Business qualification would be preferred
