First Line Analyst/Service Desk
£10.77 per hour, 6 month rolling contract, 37.5hrs/week, rotating shift 8am-8pm

Training will be provided to use internal systems to log 1st line IT requests and tracking these through to completion. Customer service is key in this role as you will be dealing with a high volume of inbound calls. The role has a fast-paced nature with tight SLAs to meet so time management and attention to detail is needed. As well has the working alongside a supportive network onsite, performance related incentives are also in place at 3 and 6 months of the contract. Duties and responsibilities:
Using internal systems, you will be logging 1st line IT requests, tracking these through to completion, while utilising Microsoft Office applications to perform other support and admin tasks.
Dealing with a high volume of inbound calls
Working efficiently to tight SLA's
Providing an exception level of customer service
