Finance Assistant
Brackmills (NN4)
£11.50 Per Hour
Extrastaff are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant for a well-known company based in the Brackmills. This is great opportunity to join and friendly and busy team, with training provide. It is essential that you have some previous experience within finance sector. This is a temp to perm position for the right candidate.
Hours of work available (Monday to Friday)
09:00-17:30Role and Responsibilities will include:
Sales Ledger
Raising weekly Customer invoices
Reconcile Business Activity to ensure all work has been invoiced
Dealing with all customers enquires, including invoice enquires
Credit control
Allocate Customer Receipts
Issue customer Statements
Purchase Ledger
Chase overdue Invoices
As an ideal candidate you will
Able to work to deadlines, manage and priorities whilst working under your own initiative
Display and positive attitude
Experience Sale ledger
Excellent customer service
Confident communicator both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail
Por-active attitude to problem solving
Computer Literate to Microsoft office programs
Computer Literate in sage account 50 software Benefits with the client:
Temp to perm
28 days holiday with a holiday scheme after 2 year's service and additional holiday gift after 5 full years of service
