Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Managing the registration of employees for new/existing clients
  • Sending contract for service to clients for each newly registered employees
  • Liaise with clients regarding appropriate paperwork required for registration
  • Additional cover for Account Manager's as required
  • Follow up telephone calls to newly registered employees for additional information
  • Visiting existing clients on a regular basis to offer training and advice on the Umbrella service.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Position Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and liaise with individuals at all levels
  • People orientated / enjoy building successful customer relationships whilst maintaining a professional approach
  • A commitment towards delivering and maintaining a high level of service to Clients
  • A positive and dynamic work ethic with a desire to play an integral role in growing the business and achieving both individual and business success

Hours: 9.30am - 6.00pm (37.5 hrs per week)
