Conveyancer/Case Manager
Essential:Qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor but would consider unqualified candidates with previous experience of working in a conveyancing role.
Our prestigious client based in Reading is recruiting for a Case Manager to join their team.
New Build is a specialist development set up and plot sales team, established as a key part of our end to end development service. We have a long and established history of working with successful local and regional house builders.
The Role
Case Managers are the point of contact for our developer clients and are responsible for the building and maintenance of positive working relationships.
The role requires a good understanding of the conveyancing process, an ability to work proactively towards tight deadlines and attention to detail in drafting appropriate documentation to suit client's development requirements.
Case Managers are responsible for conducting the plot sale transactions from reservation through to completion and ensuring that the department adhere to good working practices.
They will work closely with both the senior management team and our assistants with the aim of providing a smooth transition of work between development set up, plot sales and end handover.
