My client is a world-renowned organisation dedicated to the protection, understanding and conservation of our natural world and resources. Having recently promoted internally within their finance team they are now looking to appoint to a new trainee role.

Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the financial planning team in the annual budgeting cycle including variance and cost centre analysis.
- Contribute to the month end process including accruals, prepayments and journal calculations.
- Assist with process improvement projects relating to the finance system(s)
- Provide general support to the finance team during busy periods including year end.
The successful candidate will be someone who has already chosen a career in accounting, backed up by both early stage practical experience and professional studies. The role will be offered on a hybrid basis working 2-3 days a week in the office based in Richmond.
